From imputing orders to after sales service, our logistic dept. satisfies, on daily basis, all the needs of our clients with regular shipments and the best available service.

The visual merchandising department develops, delivers and communicates visual concepts and strategies to promote the retail brands, products and services in-store, in catalogues and online.
Optitalia visual merchandising designers collaborate closely with other departments to create annual visual strategies and promotional events aimed at entertaining, exciting and maintaining the interest of the target markets.
Optitalia organizes training activities throughout the whole year, both in-house and onsite, aimed at imparting information and/or guiding the team to improve performance, knowledge and skills level to achieve customer satisfaction.
